Job Description
Responsibility & Authority:
- Received custom form from CSI/CSE.
- Submit custom form for declaration to Custom Dept. and ensure all forms are approved.
- Ensure all urgent shipments are given priority for custom declaration.
- To prepare custom declaration through EDI system.
- Submit Import/Export cargo for examination/seal when required and ensure all cargo examined to be kept in order.
- Submit cheque, payable to “Pengarah Kastam Negeri” to Custom Dept. for dutiable and taxable shipment and ensure payment amount on the cheque.
- Record all approved shipment to daily import details.
- Send document/custom official receipt to CSE for export arrangement.
- Sorting documents and attach Delivery Order and submitting to traffics Dept. for delivery.
Qualification:
- Minimum SPM, diploma or degree in logistics or any related field.
- Computer literate.
- Good command of language (English & Malay) in both writing & speaking.
- Able to work at KLIA Sepang.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

- Sepang: Relocate before starting work (Required)
