Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Former Production Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coordinating the production process
- Setting production goals and targets
- Implementing and monitoring production schedules
- Identifying and resolving production-related issues
- Maintaining a safe and productive working environment
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and have a comprehensive understanding of production processes. A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
