Position Overview: A store Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of a store, ensuring smooth function and efficiency. Responsibilities include leading sales teams, implementing business strategies, managing promotional activities, and assisting in new staff training.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Sales Staff and Training
- Assist in achieving sales goals
- Customer service
- Maintain store image
- Assist in inventory handling
- Supervise daily operations
- Analyze store performance
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or relevant experience
- 2-3 years in retail or supervisory roles
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and on shifts, 6 days per week
