Job Description
Position Overview
A store Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of a store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, implementing business strategies, arranging promotional material, and assisting in training new staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Sales Staff and Training
- Assist in achieving Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales goals
- Assist in customer service
- Maintaining the overall image of the store
- Assist in Inventory handling such as stock re-ordering, stock take and tracking stock levels
- Supervise store daily operations
- Assist in analyzing store performance and handling customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma or relevant experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in retail or supervisory roles
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work on shifts, 6 days per week including Public Holidays
