Job Description
Position Overview: A store Supervisor oversees daily operations, ensuring efficiency and motivation among sales teams. Responsibilities include staff training, achieving sales goals, customer service, and inventory management.
Requirements: Candidates should have at least SPM, Diploma, or relevant experience, with 2-3 years in retail or supervisory roles. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.
Salary: RM2,900.00 – RM3,500.00 per month plus benefits such as health insurance, annual leave, and employee discounts.
Schedule: Day shift, 6 days a week.
