Job Information

Job Description

• Manage all aspects of food truck operations – scheduling, ordering, inventory, discipline, etc.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations on the food truck.
• Drive the food truck responsibly to various venues.
• Set up for events by putting tables/kitchen wares in place.
• Ability and willingness to cross-train in all 4 potential food truck positions, including driving, window attendant, cook, and bartender.
• Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Manage routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts.
• Input ‘macros’ into our automated system for each stage of the loading and unloading process.
• Adhere to truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as company policies and procedures.
• Navigate trucks into loading or unloading positions.
• Collect and verify delivery instructions.
• Report defects, accidents, or violations.
