Job Description
Assist manager to execute various production management;
Ensure production records are in order;
Ensure compliance to all HACCP, GMP standards Requirements
Monitor production operation and provide supervision to ensure production flow is smooth and qualities are maintained;
Execute productivity improvement plan and overall equipment efficiency programme;
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Food-related discipline;
- 1-2 years working experience in food-related production factory environment
- Highly motivated, mature, and willing to work hard;
- Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Must be able to work in shifts (7.00am – 3.30pm/3.00pm – 11.30pm)
- Able to work independently;
