Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Total Salary: RM4,00 (Basic RM3200 + KPI RM0-300 + Night/Midnight Shift Allowance RM300-RM500)
Working Hours: 24*7 Rotational
Project: Food Delivery
Joining Date: 18th and 25th Nov, 2nd Dec
Headcount: 48
Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to enquiries via email and chat, manage escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,200.00 per month
Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
Experience: 1 year in Customer Service (Required)
Languages: Fluent in Cantonese and English (Required)
