Job Description

(In another word as vehicle management coordinator)

• Oversee the day-to-day operation and position all shipments in the linehaul operation to ensure on-time service.
• Reduce total company schedules and empty miles to reduce cost without compromising service; suggest network design changes to improve hub operation flow productivity.
• Assist and supervise all activity relating to hub operation centres and reship operations within your assigned area to ensure cost-effective use of company assets and that all employees are adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor schedules within your area of responsibility to verify load factor and utility of equipment.
• Communicate problems up the chain of command until the problem is resolved.
• Provide leadership the direction necessary to improve the accuracy and timeliness of linehaul projections.
• Concentrate on the fundamentals of service, quality, administrative compliance, and communication.
• Responsible to update with HQ operation on Linehaul matters.

• Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
