Job Description
The Fleet Assistant position is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and management of our fleet. As a Fleet Assistant, you will be involved in various tasks related to vehicle maintenance, tracking, and reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation regarding fleet operations.
- Track and monitor the usage of vehicles, ensuring timely renewals of licenses, permits, and insurances.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the procurement process for new vehicles and equipment.
