Job Description
A Fleet Assistant is responsible for assisting with the management and coordination of a company’s fleet of vehicles. They maintain organized records of vehicle information, monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, and coordinate repairs and maintenance with relevant service providers. They also assist with vehicle inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining proper licensing and registration. Additionally, Fleet Assistants may assist with the procurement of new vehicles and the disposal of old ones. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role.
