- Handle various transactions and customer applications.
- Provide professional and efficient customer service.
- Assist customers with inquiries about the Bank’s products and services.
- Filing and batching of daily transaction documents.
- Support day-to-day branch operations and cash balancing.
- Adhere to bank procedures and regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma holders from recognized universities.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with < 2 years experience.
- Customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Honesty, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced banking environment.
