Job Description
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial management software, knowledge in Power BI is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data, draw actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Job Description:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on trends, forecasts, and insights.
- Monitor and manage company cash flow, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and optimizing working capital.
- Manage the company’s financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular variance analysis to identify areas of improvement.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
