Job Description

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary: Overseeing and assisting overall daily operation and function of the finance department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial meetings.
  • Complete financial accounting and forecasting.
  • Manage the finance team to ensure the day-to-day operation of overall accounting & financial activities.
  • Provide monthly/quarterly financial management, statutory and supplementary analysis reports on the performance of the company.
  • Prepare and manage budget and cash flow forecasts to control costs and improve the overall financial performance.
  • Monitor cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient cash resources.
  • Attend to timely reporting of full set of accounts, management reports, cash flows, and comprehensive analysis on all management accounting information.
  • Ensure internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial, statutory, audit, and tax reporting.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, authorities, and other parties on matters related to financial requirements.
  • Be responsible for continuous improvement and formulation of internal control system and procedures.
  • Handle other ad hoc assignments as may be required from time to time.
