Job Description
Responsibilities:
- We are currently looking for passionate and energetic interns who are keen to join us with a great opportunity to gain experience in the finance field they want to pursue at Genesis Life Care Centre.
- During your internship period, you will be assisting in a wide array of tasks which include:
- Performing accounts transactions (AR/AP)
- Assisting in filing and document processing for (AR/AP & PETTY CASH)
- Assisting in daily administrative duties within the department
- Assisting in proper invoice management and query handling via phone/e-mail.
- Assisting in timely submission of monthly management accounts and year-end audit
- Ensuring the accuracy of monthly reports and updating finance schedules
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalents
- Excellent proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Performing finance administrative and monitoring functions
- Basic MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Good time management skills
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, accountability, integrity, reactiveness, and results-oriented
- Positive working attitude, good in analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess own transport
- Able to start work immediately
