Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Executive to take charge of the financial health of our company by administering accounting operations. You should also demonstrate an interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Company’s financial transactions and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Keep accurate records of all daily transactions.
• Handle and work with the team to perform accounts payable and accounts receivable, perform monthly account reconciliations, and monitor general ledger transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and support the annual statutory audits.
• Checking and reviewing employees’ claims and invoices before the preparation of payment.
• Work together with the sales team to ensure payment dues are collected from clients.
• To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in a related field.
• Attentive to detail and great problem-solving skills.
• Good level of numeracy.
• Computer literacy, Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working in the Pharmacy Industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM3,800.00 per month
