Job Description
1) Prepare sales orders, Sales return, Invoices on a bi-weekly basis for miscellaneous customers.
2) To follow up payment with customers and initiate a meeting with customers on uncollectible debts.
3) Update cheque collection file upon receiving payment from customers.
4) To collect and bank-in cheques or cash.
5) Ensure completeness in postings of sales orders and invoices for the period, MFRS 9 ECL Assessment.
6) Creation of debit notes/credit notes for claims/deductions.
7) Perform direct debits for all payments made by customers via BAAN system.
8) Preparation of statements of accounts to customers, sales and services tax reports, customer reconciliation.
9) Ensure all billing, delivery orders, collection slips are kept in a proper manner.
