Job Description
To perform daily account receivable reconciliation and analysis on collection discrepancy
To perform monthly collection reconciliation and month end closing posting
Liaise with credit card merchant on collection dispute, opening account for new branch or termination
Liaise with sales team on credit card collection related matters
To handle corporate sales team on customer account/collection
To monitor debtor’s outstanding and collection
To handle loan/BNPL submission/follow up with selected vendor & sales team
To handle e-comm payment posting
To process & follow up refund request from sales team
Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
