Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To handle and be responsible for full set of account with minimal guidance from the Superior.
- To issue and record supplier invoice, payment voucher, receipt, quotation and journal.
- Responsible for closing and preparation of monthly financial reports, including bank reconciliation, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- To prepare management account (General Ledger, Trial balance, Creditor/Debtor Aging, Profit and loss and balance sheet) for management monthly/yearly review.
- To keep record of fixed asset and ensure fixed asset is updated.
- Created and prepared template of projection profit and loss & cashflow.
- Prepared template of transformation process plan.
- Created and prepared template for fixed assets for list and depreciation of fixed assets.
- To prepare for audit and tax financial year end.
- To do other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA.
- Able to speak and write in English.
- Working experiences of 5 years of experience in a full set of accounts.
- Meticulous attention to detail and results-oriented.
- Knowledge in shipping regulations and best practices will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
