Job Description
Job Purpose: Play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across Malaysia, Singapore, and National Front. Collaborate closely with business units to provide valuable insights and support.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide decision support.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure financial considerations in business initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor offering financial expertise and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of financial planning and analysis experience.
- Results-oriented, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- IT proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, BI, BW.
