Job Description
HR IT Search Sdn Bhd is a government approved Recruitment and Executive Search company specializing in IT professionals and Non-IT Professionals and management resources.
Currently, we are assisting our client in Klang (near Setia Alam) to find suitable candidates to work in their company (candidates, if offered the job, will be under our client’s payroll directly).
Responsibilities for Accounts/Finance:
- In charge of company’s accounts and invoices
- Reconcile bank statements
- Participate in financial audits
- Track bank deposits and payments
Responsibilities for Human Resources:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the company in the absence of the Business Owner
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Other Ad Hoc tasks required by management
Requirements:
- Possess Full Set of Accounts experience
- Good knowledge of financial, accounting, and some HR procedures
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage staff
- Candidates above 40 are encouraged to apply
- An advantage if able to speak Chinese dialect
