Job Description

We are seeking a Finance and Admin Executive to manage daily financial operations and office administration. Responsibilities include bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, budgeting support, financial reporting, vendor management, and general office coordination. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Finance or Accounting, has 2+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel and accounting software skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational abilities. This role supports leadership with accurate financial records and efficient administrative processes.
