Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Analyst with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). As a Finance Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing and reviewing AP invoices, ensuring proper coding and approval
- Managing vendor relationships and resolving any payment discrepancies
- Preparing AR invoices and monitoring collections
- Conducting account reconciliations and assisting with month-end close
- Generating financial reports and analyzing variances
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Prior experience in AP/AR role or similar position preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
