Job Description
- To prepare consolidation account, cash flow, and budget planning
- To review and analyze monthly management accounts and prepare reports for presentation to the management
- Prepare and review monthly income tax computations for the Company
- To monitor and manage the solvency and liquidity of the Company, including debt management, banking facilities, and availability of funds for projects and operational needs
- Liaise with financial institutions, tax agents, and regulatory authorities. Coordinate annual audits and other review activities by the management
- To monitor project financial performance and provide clear communication of performance and status to management on a timely basis
- Liaising with project controller/team to ascertain WIP, accruals, collections, identifying financial risks and opportunities, and maintaining cash forecast
- Support the tender team by reviewing and advising on financial and commercial aspects, risk review, tax issues, cash flow analysis, etc.
- Interact with project controller/team to evaluate project schedule progress, cost information, identification of variances from the original plan, and recommend corrective action and creative solutions
- Control the project balance sheet, income statement, and cash flows. Optimize project cash flow and take action to reduce overdue with the project manager
- Monitor milestones in billing and coordinate the ordering and tracking of project materials
- Suggest project manager and F&A manager of risks affecting project profits, costs, schedules, and client relations
- Conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules
