Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Field Sales Force Manager.
As a Field Sales Force Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of field sales representatives. Your main objective will be to drive sales and achieve targets by implementing effective strategies and providing guidance and support to your team.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales plans and strategies to meet company targets
- Recruiting, training, and managing a team of field sales representatives
- Setting performance goals and conducting regular performance evaluations
