Job Description

• Drive the Chief Executive Officer daily from Kuala Kubu Bharu to Damansara Perdana and return from home/office or any other locations as directed.

• Perform administrative tasks such as preparing relevant administrative documents.

• Ensure all documents are recorded and filed promptly.

• Coordinate and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and relevant agencies in the Administration Department.

• Manage matters related to leasing agreements and building rentals on behalf of the Company.

• Answer phone calls, respond to customer requests and inquiries.

• Assist in managing company bill payments.

• Execute any other tasks assigned by Management.
