Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an F&B Attendant. As an F&B Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service in our food and beverage outlets. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, and ensuring cleanliness in the dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly attending to customer needs
- Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the system
- Deliver food and beverages to customers’ tables in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are cleared and properly set for the next guest
- Maintain cleanliness and availability of supplies in the dining areas
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
