Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operation such as setting up and clearing tables.
- Take order and serve customers accurately.
- Greet and thank customers.
- Respond to questions, feedback, and complaints from customers.
- Escalate any problems or complaints to supervisor or manager.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Comply with all health and food safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Previous cashier experience is a plus.
