Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Fashion Designer Manager at Nohad Sdn Bhd. As a Fashion Designer Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from conceptualization to production. Your main role will be to create and implement effective design strategies, ensuring that our clothing lines are both trendy and commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand market trends and customer preferences.
• Create innovative and marketable fashion collections, considering factors such as target audience, pricing, and brand identity.
• Oversee sample production, ensuring that the final products meet quality standards and timelines.
• Maintain a strong network of suppliers, fabric mills, and manufacturers to source materials and negotiate pricing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Fashion Designer or Fashion Design Manager, with a successful portfolio.
