Job Description
Are you passionate about agriculture and ready to take on a supervisory role? We are currently seeking a Farm Supervisor – Crop Production to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day farming operations and ensuring the successful growth and production of crops.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate farm activities, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Maintain crop health and monitor for any signs of disease or pests
- Ensure that the farm operates in compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Manage and train farm workers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor crop yields and implement strategies to optimize production
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in agriculture, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
