Job Description
COMPANY: Ladang YS (Selangor)
LOCATION: Pulai Carey (Selangor, Malaysia)
STAFF WORKING HOURS: (5 Work Days during weekdays, 2 off days during weekends)
Monday-Friday: 8.30am-6.30pm (1 hour break)
Saturday, Sunday: Offdays
Total Working Hours: 45 hours per week
JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Production operations and maintenance of the chilli farm
- Manage the chilli farm from seeding, replanting, maintenance, monitoring crops, and harvesting
- Monitor day-to-day operations, identify problems, and take corrective actions on the chilli farm
- Ensure chilli farming activities are undertaken in accordance with the company’s standards, objectives, goals, strategies, mission, targets, and practices
- Implement quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards. Ensure the cultivation of high-quality chilli in sufficient quantities
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of natural farming and pest and disease control
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Agricultural Science/ Forestry/ Plantation Management or related field of studies
- Fresh Graduates or candidates who are interested in the agriculture field including cultivation are welcome to apply. At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is a plus
- Must be able to work on-site
- Have knowledge of the chilli plant
- Have knowledge of how to encounter and prevent agricultural diseases
- Candidate(s) must be willing to be based in Pulau Carey, Selangor

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,800.00 per month
