Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Family Engagement Specialist at ISP Malaysia. As a Family Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote the engagement of families in their child’s learning and development.
Your main tasks will include organizing community events, conducting outreach activities, and building partnerships with families. Working closely with teachers and other professionals, you will create a supportive and inclusive environment for families to actively participate in their child’s education.
Key qualifications for this position include excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of family dynamics, and the ability to connect with diverse populations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building strong family-school relationships and has experience in community outreach.
