Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Bavet. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing production planning, quality control, production management, operations management, and manufacturing operations, as well as ensuring the factory operates safely and efficiently. The Factory Manager will also ensure that all products are of high quality, meet customer specifications, and are produced in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for factory’s production, manufacturing, and development of textile clothing and related products.
2. Experience in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
3. Ability to oversee all aspects of the production process
4. Experience in working with quality standards and compliance regulations
5. Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure
6. Demonstrated leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Textile Administration, or a related field
2. 15+ years of experience in manufacturing management is preferred
3. 10+ years of experience in managing products such as latex gloves, PVC gloves, and nitrile gloves, with a background in a medical glove manufacturing facility
