Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing routine maintenance and repair tasks, such as fixing plumbing issues, electrical problems, and HVAC system malfunctions.
- Conducting inspections to identify potential issues and provide necessary repairs.
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of supplies and equipment.
- Coordinating with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various systems and equipment used in facility maintenance, along with exceptional problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently are also vital for success in this role.
