Job Description

Scope of Role:
Fully in charge and responsible for facilities management works for all outlets, including Airline Lounges and back offices.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect each outlet daily to ensure facilities are in good condition
- Lead maintenance team members to rectify defects at all outlets
- Check and approve monthly duty roster for maintenance team
- Liaise with contractors for any maintenance works (major or minor) for outlets
- Liaise with operations to track and monitor defect works, ensuring timely rectification
- Oversee major maintenance works at outstation outlets
- Monitor and rectify all internal work orders from outlets
- Coordinate inspections with Building Management and Landlord
- Review and evaluate quotations from suppliers, vendors, and contractors
- Verify completed works by suppliers, vendors, and contractors
- Consult maintenance team members for critical maintenance works
- Provide updates and reports to management regarding major/critical maintenance works
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM5,800.00 – RM6,300.00 per month
