Job Description
A leading manufacturing company, Glory HR Solutions, is seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities Maintenance Executive to ensure all office spaces are well-maintained and safe for all occupants.
As a Facilities Maintenance Executive, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of maintenance, repair, and safety compliance across facilities. Your role is instrumental in ensuring a safe, functional, and efficient environment for all occupants.
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
- Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical or relevant fields.
- SPM with experience in related fields is welcome to apply.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for liaising with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
