Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and allocate freight/container shipments
- Prepare export invoices
- Liaise with overseas offices and internal departments
- Update clients on shipment statuses
Requirements:
We are seeking a female candidate with a diploma, skilled in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Prefer candidates with 2-3 years’ experience in freight forwarding and familiarity with EDI CargoWise. Excellent English, Mandarin, and Malay communication skills are necessary.
