Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end export sea freight shipments and customer service activities
• Act as main contact for export customers and key accounts
• Oversee booking, scheduling, and coordination with shipping lines and overseas agents
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of export documentation (B/L, invoice, packing list, permits, etc.)
• Monitor shipment status and proactively update customers
• Handle service issues, delays, and customer escalations
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and company SOPs
• Lead, train, and supervise the export CS team
• Coordinate closely with sales, operations, and finance teams
• Monitor service performance and support process improvements

Requirements:

• Experience in export sea freight operations or customer service more 5 years continues.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, custom procedures and shipping processes
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,00.00 – RM7,00.00 per month

Experience:

• Customer service Freight forwarder: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Chinese (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certificate / Training related fileds (Preferred)

Location:

• Port Klang (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
