Job Description
Monitor and process Accounts Payable and Account Receivable transactions, payments, cheque issuance, remittance transfers, staff claims and petty cash including matching and verifying the accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
Perform daily collection and payment reconciliation.
Perform general ledger bookkeeping and reporting.
Support manager in preparation of management reports and analysis promptly.
Provide administrative support e.g., liaise with bank, company secretary, filing etc.
Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
