Job Description
Responsible for the direction and supervision of all activities of SACC Convec Sdn Bhd kitchens ensuring high standards of preparation and presentation of all food items.
Lead and direct productions teams to ensure the smooth operation, efficient flow of production and set judgement, priorities and schedule the operations to meet requirements in line with budget and labor costs.
Job Tasks (Duties)
- To set up various restaurants and local promotion in SACC Convention Centre.
- Directs and supervises the daily activities of all kitchens ensuring high standards of preparation and presentation of food items are maintained while following kitchen budget.
- Ensures that food quality is freshly maintained and consistent at the specified standards.
- Checks and ensures the proper storage of raw and processed food items including the condition of food in freezers / chillers.
- Participate in regular management meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and the Management of SCSB.
