Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, prepare reports, and facilitate communication within the office.

Key responsibilities include organizing meetings, maintaining confidential files, and coordinating travel arrangements. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
