Job Description
Key contributor to the E-Invoicing project, providing vital support and assistance to the Project Team. This position involves collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams and managing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Schedule meetings, work closely with project teams for timely task completion.
- Communication: Facilitate internal and external communication.
- Documentation: Organize project documentation, meeting minutes, UAT documentation.
- Update Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable master data for E-invoicing.
- Identify improvement areas for upcoming ERP System project.
- Engage stakeholders on process changes in E-invoicing.
- Provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Generate E-invoicing user guide.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in project coordination or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Project management and software development process understanding.
- Lean Six Sigma experience.

Full Time
Working Time: Mon – Thu 8:15am – 5pm, Fri 8:15am – 4pm
