Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Regularly update the programme monitoring list and prepare a course listing with the HoP to facilitate effective course planning on a semester basis.
• Offer assistance and support in addressing students’ inquiries regarding the programme, whether through walk-in visits or email communication. This includes student registrations, enrolment matters, graduation ceremonies, etc., and preparing letters of request by students.
• Prepare documents related to the partner university, i.e., generating letters and mapping for credit exemptions, enrolment card, etc.
• Providing support in exam-related matters, including the preparation of pre-board minutes, compiling refer-defer lists, checking pass lists, and releasing provisional results.
• Preparation of letters of absence concerning students’ attendance.
• Coordinate and communicate with the International Office regarding the attendance of international students. This may involve tracking and reporting attendance-related issues.
• Offer support for various school events that might include weekends such as graduation ceremonies, marketing duties, and other related activities. The tasks may include providing information to attendees, assisting with event registrations, addressing any inquiries from participants, etc.
• Gathering and maintaining up-to-date MQA-related documents.
• Preparation of meeting minutes for academic and non-academic matters; managing graduation lists and trackers, etc.
• Involvement in the initiation of academic matters proceedings, preparing the decision letters, etc.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in the field of Business/Administration/Management or other relevant disciplines.
• Confident, mature, determined, and results-focused.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
