Job Description
You will be reporting to the Assistant Team Leader at Carsome Sdn Bhd as an Executive, Operation. In this role, you will be responsible for confirming the car condition against the inspection report and assisting customers with the change of ownership process.
Your Day to Day:
- Call car owners to schedule appointments and confirm details
- Verify purchase price against CMS
- Follow up with the bank regarding e-batal status
- Check and verify car condition against inspection report, reporting any discrepancies to your superior
- Register the car owner’s thumbprint in the biometric device for the Sistem Tukar Milik Sementara (STMS) via E-Auto
- Ensure completion and upload of all necessary documents (Registration Card (RC), Approved Permit (AP), cash invoice, etc.) into CMS
- Take Carsome sold photos with customers (minimum 20 photos per month)
- Upload car accessories into Google Drive
Your Know-How:
- Certificate/diploma in a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
- Able to work in Kelana Jaya
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word)

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
