Job Description
Ninja Mart is currently seeking a Trade Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing trade marketing strategies to promote our products and drive sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and executing trade marketing plans, including in-store promotions, events, and campaigns, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders, such as sales teams and product managers, to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitoring and analyzing trade marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners to ensure the proper execution of trade marketing activities.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong marketing background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in trade marketing or retail industry is preferred.
