Job Description

Position: Executive, Maintenance
Location: Pulau Indah, Selangor
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance guidelines, procedures, and best practices for optimum equipment performance.
- Maintain a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and ensure top-notch equipment condition.
- Coordinate with operations to avoid disruptions due to maintenance activities.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve maintenance practices.
- Supervise maintenance activities ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and costs, providing reports.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors for timely project completion.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical or related fields.
- SPM qualification with relevant experience is welcomed.
- 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of Safety & Health.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
