Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Legal at Progressive Impact Corporation Berhad (PICORP). As an Executive Legal, you will be responsible for managing all legal matters within our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include reviewing and drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing legal advice to various departments.
Additionally, you will work closely with our external legal counsel and assist with contract negotiations, intellectual property matters, and any other legal issues that may arise.
