Job Description

Job Location : Laman Seri Business Park, Seksyen 13 Shah Alam.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Executive to support the operation, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network cabling and CCTV systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on technical experience, strong problem-solving skills, and can start work immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations for network cabling and CCTV installation projects
• Lead and monitor technicians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to project requirements and timelines
• Handle clients directly, including site meetings, progress updates, and addressing technical or operational concerns
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors
• Oversee troubleshooting and support activities for network cabling and CCTV systems
• Ensure installations comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and company procedures
• Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, service reports, and completion documentation
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Prepare and update drawings and layouts using Visio and AutoCAD
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and final handover to client

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in a related field (IT, Network, Electronics or equivalent)
• Experience in network cabling, CCTV systems, support, and troubleshooting is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio and AutoCAD
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and system layouts
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must possess own car
• Willing and able to travel frequently and work at sites for extended periods
• Able to start immediately
