Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team at Malaysia Airlines as an Executive, Flight Safety & Human Factors. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety of all flight operations, as well as analyzing and evaluating human factors that may affect the performance of our crew members and employees. Your main responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and maintaining safety policies and procedures, as well as conducting audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks. Additionally, you will be required to investigate incidents and accidents, analyzing the root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Safety, Human Factors, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation safety management and human factors analysis. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively are also essential for this role.
