Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive to join our team in the position of Flight Safety & Human Factors. As an Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our airline’s operations, employees, and passengers. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs and policies to minimize risks associated with flight operations.

In this role, you will closely collaborate with various departments, including pilots, engineers, and cabin crew, to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively. You will conduct regular safety audits, analyze incident reports, and provide recommendations to enhance safety measures across the board. Moreover, you will be involved in leading training programs to raise awareness and promote a safety-conscious culture within the organization.

The successful candidate must possess a strong background in aviation safety management, with excellent knowledge of human factors principles. You should have exceptional analytical skills to accurately assess risks and develop appropriate preventive measures.
